Nivexa is designed to be an offline-first financial tracker. The personal information that we process is entirely local to your device.

Financial Data: All your transactions, udhar (debts), budgets, and bills are stored securely in a local database on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on our external servers.
Contacts Information: Our application may use the native contact picker to allow you to select contacts for split bills or udhar tracking. We do not read, upload, or sync your contact list to any servers. The contact selection is processed entirely on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or receive:

To facilitate account creation and logon process securely using local authentication (Biometrics).
To generate local insights, charts, and manage your personal finance data within the app.
To schedule and send local notifications and reminders on your device.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

No. Your data remains strictly on your device. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes. If you use the backup feature, the data is encrypted and saved only where you choose (like your personal Google Drive or local storage).

4. Data Security

We use local database encryption to protect your data. While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others. However, since Nivexa operates offline, the risk is significantly minimized.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
